When will I receive my proof?
Proofs are available by request for custom orders and are provided typically within 2-3 business days of purchase. Please leave your request for a proof during check out. Each proof is provided with 2 rounds of revisions. Please make sure to leave your correct details in the notes section during check out. If you fail to do so, this may delay your order. Also please check your proof for aesthetics, layout, correctness of all spellings, dates, times and addresses. Your order will be printed exactly as approved. Any customer approved mistakes will be unfortunately re-printed at the customer’s expense.
My order is incorrect/missing pieces/and or damaged
Any errors & shortages must be reported within 7 days of receiving item by contacting support at Hello@redcloudstudio.com. To prevent any damage from occuring during transit, please make sure to arrange insurance with Red Cloud Studio prior to purchase by sending an email to Hello@redcloudstudio.com. Insurance protection can be arranged at an extra cost only prior to purchase only.
Tracking shows shipped & delivered but I don't have my package?
Compensation, or replacements will not be offered for any lost item, returned, or delayed items unless tracking shows absolutely nothing. If you live overseas, tracking is very limited or not available in most cases. Please arrange to upgrade to a service with tracking to avoid any issues with Red Cloud Studio prior to purchase please.
How long do items take to arrive?
Red Cloud Studio ships around the world from our location in Mission, BC Canada and as well as Sumas, Washington. For orders within the USA, please allow 4-6 business days for delivery (with USPS) from the day your order ships.This does not include production time.
For international orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive. Once an item has shipped, arrival times are out of our control so please make sure to plan ahead and as early as possible when making your purchase. Red Cloud Studio can not take responsibility for an item that shows up later than expected nor can we take responsibility for any time sensitive orders.
What are your production times?
Custom rubber stamps - 5-7 business days plus delivery time
Custom invites are - 2 weeks plus delivery time
Custom pet items - 2-3 weeks plus delivery time
Custom paper goods - 1-2 weeks plus delivery time
Cake Toppers - 1 week plus delivery time
I left the wrong address during check out? How can I fix this?
Please contact Red Cloud Studio as soon as possible to avoid any shipping issues. Otherwise, your item will ship to the address left during purchase and or shown on invoice during check out.
What method of shipment do you use?
Depending on the product, typically your item will ship via First Class Air or Priority Mail via USPS within the USA. If you would like to upgrade to a specific service and or add insurance, please email us prior to purchase. Insurance and upgrades will incur extra fees.
Can I return my customized item for a refund or return it for an exchange?
Any used or customized items may not be returned for a refund or exchange.
